What is Afterpay?
Afterpay allows us to offer our customers the ability to purchase now and pay later in four equal payments made every two weeks with zero interest.
How do I use Afterpay?
Simply shop on Nanacoco.com and checkout as usual. Once you reach checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. If it's your first time using Afterpay, you will need to register and then provide any payment details. If you have used Afterpay before, you can simply log into your Afterpay account and complete your order.

How does the payment schedule work?
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments will be deducted automatically every two weeks in equal installments from your chosen paymentmethod. If you would like to make additional payments before they are due, you can log in to your Afterpay account to make any early payments. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
What if I can't pay my Afterpay installment?
If you fail to make a payment, and it remains outstanding for the applicable grace period, you will be charged with an $8 late fee. See the complete terms and conditions here.
When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
All Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frames, like any other order placed on Nanacoco.com. Please visit our shipping page for more information.
What products are not eligible for Afterpay?
Afterpay is not available for the purchase of gift cards. If your order contains gift cards along with eligible Afterpay products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?
